The Sleep, Sports, and Mental Health Study is an observational survey to elucidate the intricate relationship between sleep, mental health, and athletic performance, particularly within collegiate athletes.
About the Study

We are looking for collegiate athletes affiliated with NCAA or the NAIA.

We would like to understand the interplay between sleep, mental health, and performance in collegiate athletes affiliated with the NCAA and the NAIA. Additionally, we would like to evaluate the support systems available to athletes to determine the impact of these systems on athletes’ prioritization of sleep, their sleep habits, mental health, and overall athletic performance within these organizations.

Through our research, we anticipate gaining valuable insights that will enhance our understanding of these dynamics and potentially inform strategies to optimize both sleep and mental well-being among collegiate athletes.
